Key to Your Deliverance

Child, here’s a key to your deliverance: Praise Me in the midst of your temptation. Then the power of the temptation and the strongman pull on you will leave. When you are facing the pull of temptation, just start praising Me.

Because Satan hates to hear My praises, so he will leave your presence. My child, I saw you gritting your teeth while holding on to the chair as you smelled the aroma of those food delights. Then I watched you as you watched another partake of what you considered forbidden for you.

Praise God for His key to your deliverance.

My child, you were trying in your own power to resist this temptation. You held on and fought the urge of the temptation. But My Child, you’re not strong enough in your own power to resist this strongman for he is stronger than your willpower.

But My child, I am stronger that the strongman of temptation. Only My power can defeat this enemy that has you so bound up in struggle. My child, you will win, but it will be only through My Holy Spirit that you will receive the power to defeat this enemy who desires to steal your victory.

“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord. Zechariah 4:6

Know this, My Child. . . Praise is a key to your deliverance.

Being confident of this very thing that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

I, My child, will finish the work I began in you. Victory is yours, for I have determined it to be so.

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world- our faith. 1John 5:4

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand. Psalms 149: 6

For He says, “In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you. Behold, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthains 6:2

Offering praises to Me is a key to your deliverance. Never forget that.

God’s Presence Brings Success in Weight Loss

Child, all this is not just about losing weight, although you’ve enjoyed your success in weight loss. All this is to show forth and point the way that I am the road to success, not man-made rules, but leaning on Me. So, seek My will and obey how I lead you. Trust and obey for there is no other way.

Lord, do I start eating diet food again to lose weight faster?

My child, again you’re looking at diet, man-made rules. I want you to look at Me, no other source, Me. For it was I who has brought you this far.

My child, I want your heart yielded more than a slim body. I want the victory of a yielded heart more than a weight loss goal. Make it your goal to increase in My Spirit versus the goal to decrease in body size.

I’ll take care of your body if your focus is on spiritual first. I want to strengthen your spirit.

Alright Lord, how do I increase in Your Spirit?

Seek and you will find. Ask and you will receive. Open your thoughts, your energy, and your desires to Me. What do you desire more, My Presence or your desserts?

Lord, I want you.

Then My child, let go of what is in your hand and allow Me to fill you with Myself.

Yes Sir. Alright Lord, what now? Direct my steps.

Child, that’s exactly why you have to depend on Me for every bite of food that enters your mouth for I will feed your spirit instead. I will remove the desire for earthly food and make you hungry for spiritual food. As you increase spiritually, you will decrease physically. Then you will have success in weight loss. That is a ‘given’ and an always.

And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Galatians 5:24-25

Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17

And if anyone longs to be wise, ask God for wisdom and He will give it! He won’t see your lack of wisdom as an opportunity to scold you over your failures, but He will overwhelm your failures with His generous grace. James 1:5 The Passion Translation

Don’t Fast for Me – God

Child, I want to ask you about your ‘fasting’. When you’re fasting, do you see yourself as more spiritual than others? Do you have some ‘pride’ in your successful fasting?

Well Sir, I have felt some pride when I was successful in fasting.

Then don’t fast for Me.

Child, I want to ask you another question. Are you fasting because you think it will bring a quicker answer to your prayers? Do you think fasting will influence Me to grant your wishes?

Well Sir, I have fasted because there’s an outcome I desire.

Then don’t fast for Me.

Then Lord, what do I do?

Submit your food and yourself to Me. Allow Me to fill every part of your life, not just the parts you are willing to let Me have. For instance, you submit your Sundays to Me, but what I really want is all of you.

Here’s a new fast. Every hour of your day, stop your activity long enough to have a ‘short talk’ with Me. This is fasting of your time. Then every time you eat, consider what is before you. Give to Me that you would consider the most pleasurable.

It’s not the giving up of food that I’m seeking from you. Instead, it’s our relationship, the seeking of My Spirit I desire. It’s My desire that you find pleasure in My Presence, not your food.

Now this fast will be between you and I, for no one will be aware of what you’re doing. Only you and I would know. It’s the attitude of your heart I am seeking, not your food denial.

Okay Lord, what about family celebrations? Don’t You realize all the desserts that will be at the family gathering?

My child, I could remind you of all the suffering I went through as I gave My life for you? But what good would that do? For already I see that your heart is as the rich young ruler that didn’t want to give up his riches. My Child, I will intercede for you.

I am trying to teach you a great truth. Will you not yet understand? My child, what I desire is your heart, not your food.

Okay Lord, I do want Your Presence more than the food. But what will I say to those at the family gatherings who will encourage me to eat and taste?

Concentrate My Child, on expressing love to each and every single person at the family gathering. Ask about their lives and then listen, really to each one. Touch each person with love. Then no one will speak to you about what to eat. You will see, Trust Me.

Okay Lord, it’ll be a fun experiment to see what You will do.

Okay My Child, you’ll see and you’ll learn, for I will teach you. Because I love you, My child, and I want the best for you.

Lord, I love You too. I realize that you want the best for me. Just help me Lord to live out Your will for each day.

“We have fasted before You!”, they say. “Why aren’t You impressed? We have been very hard on ourselves, and You don’t even notice it!” “I will tell you why!” I respond. “It’s because you are fasting to please yourselves. . . Isaiah 58: 3 NLT

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 NLT

And when you fast, don’t make it obvious, as the hypocrites do, for they try to look miserable and disheveled so people will admire them for their fasting. I tell you the truth, that is the only reward they will ever get. Matthew 6:16 NLT

Happy Birthday Beautiful -250 years!

Happy birthday Beautiful Lady! You are amazing and blessed by God.

Yes, when you were young, you had high expectations of freedom for all.

You also had very high ideals of principles and justice for all.

But the years and all those who argue about what should be and what shouldn’t have caused you some deep wrinkles. They argue to change your ideals of freedom.

During one period in your past, they even broke you. Everyone thought it might be over for you.

But through the grace of God, you got it back together to shine forth once more.

In spite of those many struggles throughout the years, you still emerge as a shining beauty.

Even with your many ongoing struggles today, you’re still one classy lady.

God has blessed you beyond what was imagined in your beginning.

Yes, you are amazing! God bless you, beautiful lady! Happy 250th birthday!

Let’s Pray for Our USA

Lord, I ask for your continued blessings across this land of USA. Help the people to realize what a thing of beauty she really is. We ask for Your wisdom to lead our leaders, both those we elected and those who were appointed, even those we disagree with.

Grant them Your wisdom to lead. Turn their hearts toward You and Your laws for they are eternal laws. Grant USA leaders who seek Your guidance to lead the people according to Your will for this USA.

Bring healing to this land. Presently, she has many broken places and broken people, even broken leaders. I ask for your supernatural healing power to cover this USA and your people.

We also ask for Your supernatural protection. There are many who have ill intentions toward USA. Their goal is to destroy what You began. Even some of the so-called leaders want to destroy this USA and recreate her into something else rather than the freedom You gave her.

Protect her people, the ordinary people who want to work and make this USA a better place for free people. Turn our hearts back to You. That’s our biggest problem; our hearts have turned away from You to serve our own selfishness.

But Lord, bring a renewal of our desire to seek Your Presence. Deepen our hunger for You. Overall all else, You are our only hope for restoration of what our beginning leaders envisioned.

We praise You for Your mercy over our USA and we ask for Your continued mercy. Restore all of us as one people under God. Only You can heal our nation. No man can work a miracle to heal us, only You have the power to heal what is broken.

But You, Almighty God, are the God of the impossible and You can do all things. Therefore, we ask for Your healing power to cover our nation. Join our hearts together as one nation under God.

Success Begins with the First Choice

Child, success begins with your first choice. Whether to obey Me or not, you get to choose. But consequences always result from your choice. Whether its negative or successful, your results are always determined by choice. And you always get to choose. Your success, rather your victory to overcome is always the result of your choice.

But Lord, my will is weak.

Child, if you come to Me, I will make you strong. But know this, as you come to each choice decision, each time you choose to resist temptation, and choose correctly as I lead, then your strength will increase.

Strength upon strength, victory upon victory until your goals are achieved and success arrives at your door. Success and victory are determined by many wise choices built upon each other. But it all begins with the first choice.

Lord, help me choose Your will today with all my choices. But how do I know what to do, say, even eat, especially eat since I want to lose this extra weight? Originally, long ago, You lead Me to eat only three meals with no snacks or extra servings. And You delivered me of those 90 pounds.

But now here I am, older and it seems I am physically more fragile and weaker than ever before. So, what is Your plan for now? Do I go back to 3 meals a day without snacking again? Do I give up all desserts? Do I cut my food in half like before? Do I go on a specific diet?

So, what do I do now? How do I begin? Will I be able to follow Your plan for my eating for another 40 days as You had me to back when I lost that 90 pounds?

Child, you can do all things with MY help. You can do all things including eat what is sufficient and follow My guidance as I lead. That’s the most important choice you can make, to follow My guidance as I lead you. As you stay yielded to My leading and obey as I lead, you will find your victory. In fact, I always lead My children to the victory I designed just for them.

The deciding factor that determines your victory and success begins with your first choice. So, what do you choose, My child? Your way or My way?

Lord, I want to choose You, for I know you are the source of peace, joy, love, and real success.

Then come to Me, My child. Submit yourself to My will as I lead you. As you submit to My will, and My guidance you will come to your victory. But it always begins with the first choice. You get to choose. So, My child, what do you choose?

Oh Lord, I want to choose You.

Then come here, My child, into My presence. Read My Word for further instructions. Learn from the example of others, their victories and their failures too. Then come here, My child, so I can lead you to your victory. After all, I have many plans for you, plan to give you a hope and a future.

Oh, what a future I do have planned for you. Rejoice for your victory is here. In fact, I’m holding it in My hand. Come into My Presence so I may bless you with the fruits of My Spirit. Allow Me to cover you with the assurance of My love for you.

Here I am Lord. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Maybe if I’m full of Your Presence, I won’t desire those treats of pleasure food. I want to find my pleasure in Your love and Presence. Here I am Lord.

FEED ON THIS

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40: 29-31 NIV

Throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Ephesians 4:22-23 NLT

Come To Me, My Child

Come to Me all throughout your day. Seek My guidance. You call it “Seeking My will.” But Child, . . . do you not yet know it is My will for you to have peace, joy, and love? Therefore, My will, My guidance will only lead you to a “life” more abundantly.

This doesn’t mean more “stuff” which looks to the world as victory. No, instead, this does indeed mean a life full of My joy, peace, and love. My guidance will lead you to your victory.

In fact, it is My will for you to win your victory. Now My Child, come to Me. Allow Me to love on you and fill you with My joy in your life.

Okay Lord, here I am. I give it all to you. I’m a mess. It looks like failure to me. But here I am. I give myself to thee.

Child, you are never a failure. You are My child. And I am going to lift you out of this miry, muddy, sinking place in your life. I am going to pull you out and lift you up.

Just reach out for Me. Look unto Me. Reach out for My hand and I will lift you out of this sinkhole called self-pity and self-judgement. In fact, I will lead you to your victory.

Yes, as you look to Me, your life will end in victory. But I will also grant you victory for today as you go through this day. Each step you take will be a step of victory.

So Lord, what now?

Do what you know, what I have already given you, the assignments for your today. Do what you already know. But keep your eyes, ears, and heart fined tuned to My Presence all throughout your day.

And at the end of this day, as you look back, you will see victory after victory. Now watch and see what I do as I lead you.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for Me wholeheartedly, you will find Me, I will be found by you,” says the Lord . . . Jeremiah 29: 11-14 NLT

Dr. God

Good morning, Dr. God. Yesterday, I remembered how You helped me lose 90 pounds back in 2013. So now it’s occurred to me to ask You for another victory. It seems like I need Your guidance all throughout my lifetime.

So now I’m coming to You again for Your counseling. After all, You created this body and You already know everything about it, including how to help me lose this extra weight. I’m seeking Your advice. Because You are now my Dr. God. I guess You should have been all along.

Child, if you stay off from scrolling and focus more on talking with Me and absorbing My Word, then you would become stronger walking forth in your victory. After all, I have already planned victory for you.

Child, you can read My word and other books as well. But the most important thing is for you to communicate with Me. Yes, keep your eyes and your heart for Me. Then I will lead you the correct way to your victory. Seek conversation with Me and read My Word versus your social media. Keep My Words in front of you. Store them in your heart.

Today I have set before you blessings. Actually, everyone gets to choose blessings or curses. With Me on your side helping you with your battles, you will win. But curses are living life without assistance or guidance. No help. So, if you choose your own way, you get what you get with no help. Wouldn’t you rather have My power on your side?

Yes Sir, I do want You on my side.

Then My child, choose to walk in My Presence. Stay close to Me and I will lead you to your victory, the one I specially designed for you.

Yes, My child, I want you to seek My voice over the voices of others. Yes, even those you listen to who are quoting My Word. In fact, I want you to go to My Word for yourself. Indeed, I want you to talk to Me for yourself, not through the voice of others. And I want to lead you Myself, instead of others leading you for Me. In fact, I want you to come to me, seeking knowledge, wisdom, and direction, not another.

Lord, help me put off these deceitful lusts and renew my mind so I desire more of You and walk in your ways. Thank you for Your mercy.

Let the Weak Say, “I Am Strong.”

Let the weak say, “I am strong.” Joel 3:10

Lord, I am so weak

But My child, I’ve already prepared a victory for you. So, don’t give up. You must fight for it with self-discipline and self-control. And you must be willing to fight. Because victory does not come by sitting on your laurels.

You must be willing to fight with every choice that comes. In fact, every day you either choose victory or not. You either choose success or defeat. But you must fight self and fleshy desires for your victory. So, are you willing to accept this challenge?

But Lord, I am weak.

Let the weak say, “I am strong.”

Lord, help me to strengthen and grow stronger.

Child, you are in boot camp now. Indeed, you are growing stronger every day. In fact, today is a day of victory. You will overcome because I will help you. My child, as you seek to follow My will for you, then you will get stronger, both physically and spiritually.

Yes Lord, help me because I can do nothing without You. I need you.

Child today is a day of victory. So look for it. Because I said so and it will be so. Obey My word, written or spoken to your heart. Then you will be strong, go forth, and possess your Promise land of victory in your life. You will walk in peace and victory.

Let’s Pray

Lord, I ask in the name of Jesus, strengthen me with might by Your Spirit in my inner man. Help me say, “I am strong.” Lord, help me be strong in Your Presence. I’m crying out for You to make me bold with strength in my soul. And thank you for the victory I know You’ve already prepared for me.

Feed On This

He gives power to the weak and to those who have no strength, He increases strength. Isaiah 40:29

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man. Ephesians 3:16

In the day I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul. Psalms 138:3

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

With God all things are possible. Jesus said, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23
