Joy Of The Lord

Remember, the joy of the Lord is your strength.

Child, the joy of the Lord is your strength. I will lead you today. But you must listen for My voice as I speak to your heart. Trust Me, and obey as I lead you. Especially remember, the joy of the Lord is your strength.

Lord, thank You for the peace I now feel.

Child, your peace came from obedience. You know, . . . trust and obey.

Lord, help me bring You honor and glory.

Child, you are.

Lord, I gave up that project. And I hate I gave it up. Because I could have been somebody and I could have had a ministry.

But My Child, you do have a minstry, your family and those I put you in contact with. So be happy with these I’ve given unto you to minister to. After all, who are you working for? Is it for your glory, or Mine?

Oh Lord, I want to work for your glory.

Then My Child, minister to those I place in your path.

But Lord, dealing with some of these people is so difficult. Lead me, teach me. Really, I can’t deal with these people without Your guidance and Your wisdom.

My Child, look back at your prayers for these. Look at the good that happened. I am indeed working all things out for good.

So let go of your worries, even about the feelings of others. Look to Me. Allow Me to guide your steps, your ways, and your words.

Lord, help me.

My Child, don’t worry about pleasing others. When you seek My will, to please Me above all else, then I will work out all things for your good and My glory.

In fact, I am working out all things now. So let go of your worries and trust Me.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

There are no perfect people. but the Lord gives victory to all who seek Him.

Deliver Me From Myself

Deliver me from myself.

Lord, deliver me from myself and my stupid ways. Sometimes I’m my own worst enemy.

I will teach you, Child, how to be a successful overcomer, and how to achieve your personal victory. But first, focus on your submission, for submission is your key to victory and success.

Lord, help me to turn completely to You in all my ways, with a yielded heart before You. Fill me with an increased desire for more of You, the sweetness and the glory of Your Presence.

Lord, I want to be able to stand, or rather kneel, before you with a clean heart and a yielded submissive spirit before You. Renew my mind so that it seeks Your will in all my ways, actions, and words, even to what I eat.

In fact, deliver me from myself, full and bloated with my selfishness.

Lord, I ask for a new heart and a new spirit. I can accomplish nothing in my own power. Therefore I ask for more of Your Holy Spirit and Your power to resist temptations that come before me.

Lord, forgive me for I am a sinner. Help me to turn away from my wicked, selfish sins. Then help me to turn to You with a yielded heart and spirit.

Renew my mind and fill me with a desire for more of You and Your Word.

Child, My Word is how your mind gets renewed. It is My Word that destroys the power of the enemy, even your enemies of selfishness and pride, especially pride in your self-sufficiently.

You can never win over self. But I can help you win.

Come to Me and I will help you cross the finish line to your victory. I am the winner and I always win. Because I am Victory.

So come to Me, into My Presence with a yielded heart. And I will grant you a new heart, a clean heart, and a renewed mind.

Do you not think I can cleanse your mind from all the lies of the mind blinding spirit? The truth, My truth, My Word will set you free, not the words of others, but My Word. So Seek My Word for your truth.

Yes Sir. Help me to do so.

Child, come to Me and into My Presence. Then I will give unto you all the strength and power you need to become an overcomer who walks and breathes in total victory. For I AM total victory.

Thank you Sir. Here I am before You. Deliver me from myself. Cleanse me, make me into what You desire for me to be.

FEED ON THIS

With God we will gain the victory, and He will trample down our enemies. Psalms 108:13 (Even ourselves, if we are our own worst enemies.)

God Wants Relationship

God wants a relationship with you.

God wants a relationship with you. The greatest desire of His heart is to have a relationship with you. Yes, YOU.

Below is one of my early morning conversations with Him about our relationship.

God wants to start a relationship with you today.

But know this, what He speaks to my heart, He also means the same for you. In fact, He loves you more than you can ever know. And He will even use your own weight loss struggles to reach your heart.

Our Conversation:

Child, I’m calling you unto Myself. I’m calling you unto Me. Your relationship with Me is more important versus any “work” you could do for Me. What I desire most is your heart toward Me.

Yes Sir. Help me Lord to love You as You desire. Help me to obey You in all things.

Child, I will lead you as you seek Me.

Thank you Lord for the weight loss in spite of the cake I ate last night.

Child, you’re thinking too small. Just as the story of the lottery winner who said, “Now I can buy a double wide”, you’re thinking too small. Now come unto Me and I will fill your mind with possibilities.

I will renew your mind and make it Mine. So come to Me and let go of all that stubble. I’ll show you what’s most important. I will show you great and mighty things.

Yes Sir. Is my prayer list okay?

Yes, but I’d rather converse with you versus hearing your rote list. Although I do realize lists help you stay focused. So it’s alright. What’s most important to Me is our relationship together.

Yes Sir. Help me to please You in all my ways, actions, words, thoughts, and even my food choices.

Child, what you need is a vacation. But more than a trip, your mind needs to rest in My Presence. That’s where your strength comes from, My Presence. So come to Me for I have much to say to you.

And Child, My words will be more encouraging than any other words you could hear. Allow Me to speak to your heart and mind. Allow Me to fill you with My encouragement.

Obey Me in this and you’ll see a great turnaround in your life.
Let go of all else and come to Me. Then watch and see what I do in your life. Because I do have great plans for you, plans for a hope and a future.

God Wants Relationship

The words He speaks to me also applies to you as well. In fact, God is no respecter of persons. What He means for one, goes the same for all His children. Seek His Presence today. You’ll never regret it. You will find joy and peace in His Presence.

Victory in 2023

Lord, we need victory in 2023. We, the people of USA, are weary of this constant bad news everyday concerning the bad decisions by our government. It seems, or rather, it looks like their purpose is to destroy the USA.

Now they’re telling us that we need to stop cooking with gas stoves. What? They’re saying electric stoves are safer for our health and the environment.. What?

We the people suffer because of their decisions. And we feel like sheep without a shepherd. Therefore we are a discouraged, overwhelmed, concerned people.

Lord, we need to know Your Presence is with us.

Trust Me, Child

Lord, grant us a leader that will lead us according to Your will. As a matter of fact, we need many leaders like King David who had a heart for You.

So Lord, grant us many leaders, many “David’s” throughout our land to lead us, the people back to You. Place a “David-like” leader in every position of our government.

Overall Lord, what we really need is more of You. We need Your Presence desperately. Would You reach down in Your power to help save this USA? Only You could bring us victory in 2023, only You.

Child, I have great plans you know nothing of. So trust Me, for I will work out all things for good, the good of My people, the good of My USA, and Israel too. Watch and see what I will do and I am doing now.

You will see a turn of great winds. And I can turn nations and leaders around as well. Nothing is greater than I and no one has more power than I. Child, I can change things in one day. Yes, one day.

God has a plan for your victory in 2023

Praise Me for the victory. Because victory is what I’ve planned, not the “woe is me” I hear now from the people. “Victory is Mine”, saith the Lord. As a matter of fact, defeat is not in My vocabulary.

So watch and see how I win this war against Me, for I will win. And I declare Myself the winner too, for I always win. My victory has always been and will always be according to My plan and its results.

So look up for your redemption draws nigh.

Now child, watch and see what I do. Celebrate My victory. Rejoice and praise Me for I do indeed work out all things for the good of those who love Me and whom I love.

So look up My child. Victory is on the horizon. It is coming. In fact, it’s been ordained and destined by My Word. So rejoice over My victory.

Now don’t look at what you see. Instead look at Me. For I say, “Victory is Mine.”

Thank you Lord. My hope is in You.

Hope for Victory

But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Matthew 9:36 NKJV

“My people have been lost sheep. Their shepherds have led them astray; . . . Jeremiah 50:6

Look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near. Luke 21: 28

And we know all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to HIs purpose. Romans 8:28

God's Presence is our hope for victory in 2023

Sidetracked and Distracted

Sidetracked and distracted

Lord, I got sidetracked and distracted again. Also it seems I pray the same prayers and sing the same songs over and over. Meanwhile, I’m working so hard to get all this “to do” list done. But I can’t seem to finish it. Help me find Your will.

Meanwhile I’ve tried to work this program successfully. But occasionally, I messed up and fell on my face. Sometimes I fell in the feeding trough, only to emerge bloated and defeated. Help me find Your will.

Lord, it seems like it’s been a long time since I was overwhelmed by Your Presence. I’ve left You out, because everything else has me sidetracked and distracted.

Can You help me overcome this confusion and live a victorious life, full of Your Presence with joy and peace? Lord, I have no answers. And it seems I’m always busy, too busy for any joy in my life.

My Child, seek My voice. Seek My Presence for I am your answer. No program can replace My power in your life. But as you come to Me, I will help you. Because it’s always been My intent to give you victory.

Child, I want you totally dependent on Me. Surrender your will and allow Me to guide your every step, your every word, and your every bite. Therein, you will have your victory.

Lord, I have so many dreams, thoughts, and plans. Because I get sidetracked and distracted, none are completed. I just go through my day busy as I can be. So busy, busy all the time. How can I get it all done?

First of all, My Child, focus on Me, seek My voice and seek My will for every moment of your day. Remember when you used to focus on My Presence even when you were in meetings. I was always there by your side. You knew I was with you then.

Your plans are of no avail, just busy work. You’ve been running and running through your life. I’ve been calling on your heart. But you’ve focused more on your “to do” list versus seeking My Presence.

Oh Lord, please forgive me. In the evenings, exhaustion comes. Then I forget Your words of victory. So it’s easy to slip into my old habits of snacking until I fall asleep in my chair.

Child, know I am with you. I will lead you as you surrender to Me your life and your will. As you seek Me, I will lead you one day at a time, one moment at a time. When you are weak and tired, go to bed. Before you close your eyes, praise Me for your victories.

My Child, My plans for you are victory. They are not for your busyness. In fact, it is in your returning and resting in My Presence that will bring your victory over all.

For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength.” . . . Isaiah 30:16 NKJV

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says r back from your captivity. . . . Jeremiah 29: 11-14 NKJV

There are no perfect people, but God has already planned for your victory.
