Lord, the preacher said to write You a “blank check”, not for money, but to give our life to You. I’m afraid. Help my fear. So Lord, what is it that You want from me?
Child, I want you, your heart and your soul. I want your love.
Lord, in the movie I watched yesterday, You were presented as evil and controlling, wanting love, but also wanting to control everything. They presented You as evil.
Child, that’s how the world sees Me, as evil, because they see Me as wanting to control them. They think if they surrender their hearts to Me, then they wouldn’t be able to live their lives as full and rewarding as they want.
But what they do not know is that a completely full and rewarding life can only be found through surrender to My will for their lives. Because My will is the best, the most rewarding, and the most beneficial.
True fulfillment is found in My Presence, in surrender. You consider surrender to be weakness. But in reality, it is power and strength. Because I give new life, a new life of true victory.
You want victory, peace, strength, and wisdom. It’s all found in My Presence. Because I’m not an evil god who focuses on submission, or else punishment. No, instead, I am a loving God who offers a new life of victory. But it comes through a life of submission and surrender of yourself.
Lord, I don’t know. I want to give You a “blank check” of my life. But I am afraid.

Child, do not be afraid for My yolk is easy and My burden is light. Therefore, it is safe for you to give Me a “blank check” of your life in surrender, seeking My will in all yur ways.
It’s your selfishness and greed that does not want to let go. It’s your illusion of self-control that wants control. You have no strength or self-control to overcome your weaknesses. But I do.
In fact, I will provide all the strength you need to live a life of victory. So why not surrender your will to My will? Then watch and see what I do with your life today. Watch and behold your victory as it comes forth.
Child, I’ll give you all the wisdom you need to get through this day of struggle, hardship, and indecision. When you focus on My will for your life instead of your pleasure-seeking self, therein you will find wisdom, peace, assurance and understanding. Henceforth, a life of victory.
Child, are you willing to accept this challenge of surrender?
Yes Lord. Today, I will choose surrender to Your will. I will seek Your wisdom in all my ways, words,and thoughts. Today I will give You a blank check of my life.
Help me as I walk in surrender and submission to You, even in what I eat today. Help me Lord, for I am afraid.
Child, fear not, for I am with you all the way. So watch and see what I do in your life today and everyday. In fact, you will see victory today with every step you take.
