So Expect Victory

You said, “Expect victory.” So thank you Lord, for the peace and relief I feel today.

Child, I am peace. Therefore My Presence brings peace. Knowing I work out all things for My glory and your good brings peace. Overall trusting Me with your worries, your problems, and letting go takes the load off you. This brings you relief.

As a matter of fact I’m in control of all things and I use them for My glory, even what you consider bad. In fact I also use your failures and disappointments for My glory. So expect victory.

Now doesn’t it feel good knowing you don’t have to worry about these things that concern you? For I’ll take care of them all. Don’t you feel a sense of relief?

By placing it all in My hands, you gave it to a higher authority, to someone who can actually make changes in these situations. Trusting Me brings peace.

There’s nothing you can do to change situations,, but I can do all things. Now that you placed them in My hands, you can rest and be at peace. So sit back and watch what I do. Watch how I turn events around. Now expect victory.

Go through your routine and assignment for this day. I’ll handle all else for I’m in control. Refuse to walk in fear, defeat, or worry for I am in charge. Now watch and see what I do.

Satan may think he’s winning, but oh what victory is ahead. He thought he was winning on that day I hung on the cross in defeat. But oh, what victory! Satan never wins, for I am the Victor! I will always be the Victor for all things are under My control.

Now My child, how many times do I have to remind you? “Don’t look at what you see. Instead, look at Me.” I wear the Victor’s crown. Finally, look to Me as your source.

Lord, thank you for these encouraging words.

Child, I’m in control of all things. How easily Satan lies to you as you look at what you consider problems. Every problem is another opportunity for Me to show forth My victory, especially those that seem like defeat. So watch and see how I turn things around from defeat to victory, from sadness to rejoicing, and entrapment to freedom. So expect victory.

I am Victory! What looks like a crown of thorns becomes the Victor’s Crown.

Look to the Lord and His strength; seek His face always. Psalms 105:4 NIV

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.  Hebrews 4:16 NIV

See, God has come to save me. I will trust in Him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and  my song; He has given me victory. Isaiah 12:2 NLT
