img_9148Worry . . .  Lord, I need You for so much. Every time I venture off without talking to You first, I mess up everything.  I just want to make You proud of me and now I’ve created another mess by pushing the wrong buttons. Help me. Ahhhhh!

My child, I am proud of you. I’m helping you. The more you lean on Me, the more I help you. Lean on Me, draw your strength from Me for I have much strength. Would you settle for little, when I have much? Come to Me for all your needs, all that you need, even finances. I am the great Provider. I have unlimited resources.

It is more important that you sit at My feet learning, soaking in My Presence than anything else you may do. I will provide the words you are to share with others to encourage them.

When it comes to your food, come to Me for direction on what to eat and how much to eat. Do the same with your drink choices as well. You’ll  be surprise how I lead you to eat and drink in freedom. . . . Yes, you may keep your morning coffee. I like  you awake when I talk with you. (Laughter.)

Bring to Me those you are concerned about. Entrust them into My care. I love them more you are capable of. Place them in My hand. Then you can have peace of mind for I am in charge of all. Why should you worry so? Your worrying does not help them. It only breaks down what I have built up within you, My peace. Trust Me with those you are so concerned about. Watch and see what I will do. You did well to praise Me throughout that phone call with your family member seeking advice. I did lead you with scriptures to share and you were able to pray with him. It was a victory for both of you. I increased the healing in your relationship with each other.

Remember how you used to run to the refrigerator to handle these stressful moments. Look at the progress you’ve made. Now you look to Me for comfort instead of the ice cream. My child, don’t you know yet that I work out all things for your good and My glory? You worry too much, I’ve got this. Remember the song you sang as a child, “He’s Got The Whole World In His Hands?” Why should you worry about all these details of events or even your personal life? Let them all go. Give it all to Me. Let me handle the details. You just focus on what I have placed on your plate for today. As you commune with Me, I will fill you with My peace.

New Hope, New Life

You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3

For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” Says the Lord, who has mercy on you. Isaiah 54:1

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:34

  1. Dear Debbie,
I am sorry that you are kept awake because of your worry. Remember the big God, the God who is bigger than all our worries. These are all so little in front of him. What a friend we have in Jesus- he will all our sorrows share. I am so happy that you are leaning more and more upon him and keeping him in mind always rather than a tub of icecream. I need to reach that state of trust too. I am praying for you.

    1. Awwww, Susie, you are so precious. Thank you for your prayers. I treasure you, my friend. God is with you, wherever you are either there or in Boston. He treasures you as well.
      His will is our goal.

    2. Susie, things are much better. God has brought much healing to this situation. Family relationships are in the process of healing. God is so good.
Thank you so much for your prayers,
