Lord, I know I weighed first thing this morning, but I’m thinking about getting on these scales again before I eat breakfast? Maybe the numbers went down. I want to see. What do You think?
Depend on me to determine your success, not those scales.
But Lord, I haven’t eaten anything and I feel really empty now. Maybe they’ll show a big weight loss now. I’m going to weigh again to see if I lost more weight since early this morning.

Told you . Trust Me to determine your success. This is more important than a number on some box you stand on. You’re to learn to trust Me. Look to Me instead of other sources for your confirmation of success.
