Be Confident

Be confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6 NKJV Be Confident

Lord, here I am with crumbs on my face. You’ve blessed me so much and yet I have food all over me. (*Don’t worry- This was hand-written last month.) But Lord, what would You like to talk about?

You. I love you and I want your success. Therefore you will be successful for I have already planned it.

Thank you Lord, for Your mercy, forgiveness, and encouragement. I don’t deserve it, but it’s so nice You believe in me. Wait. You believe in me? Wow!

Yes Child, for I have placed My victory in your heart. You can be confident of this- I am for you. Not only am I not finished with you, but also I’ll bring My plans for you into completion. I always finish everything I start. Know this, I will never give up on My victory within your life.

Oh Lord, guide me this day according to Your will. What would You have me to do? I have it in my heart to follow Your will. But sometimes I, like King David, use the wrong cart. Help me to accomplish Your will in all things.

I realize my sin of greed and gluttony has hindered Your plans for my testimony, so I ask for forgiveness. Lord, I’m thinking of asking You to zap me when I mess up. but I’m afraid of what I’ll get.

Lord, what do You want from Me? I’m too ashamed to ask for help.Come to Me.

What can I do?

Nothing. You can’t do anything, but I can do everything. Come to Me every time you want to eat. Come to Me first, before you put a bite in your mouth. I have the strength. So come to Me.

Lord, I’ve made some really stupid choices. I’ve lost my testimony.

Child, I plan to give you another testimony.
