—- The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholds him with His hand. Psalms 37:23-24

Lord, I just want to thank you for guiding my steps:
- Steps to grow closer to You
- Steps to grow stronger in my body
- Steps in eating less
- Steps in friendships with others
- Steps to my victory
You hold my victory in Your hand and for this I praise You.
My child, I AM your victory. When you come to Me, you come to victory.
Lord, You’re helping me get in those walking steps for exercise.
My child, it is more important that you walk with Me.
I messed up with that chocolate issue last week. Thanks for helping me not give in to the temptation this week to binge on this luxury. But I do want to praise You for that one Hersey’s Kiss You do allow. That one piece of chocolate is a pleasure and a delight. I can eat just one. Yes, You have given me victory over this chocolate. Thank you.
My child, those kisses left from your valentine represent love. I love you more than anything. I love you more than anyone. Come to Me for your pleasure and I will fill you with Myself. You will know peace and true joy when you fill yourself with Me. I want to be your pleasure and your delight.
Lord, I want to delight in You and be a delight to You.

I want to praise You for this wonderful weight loss plan that You gave me when I cried out in desperation. You told me to eat only three meals a day with no snacks at all. I told You that I was burned out on all diets. I’ve failed so many diets that I just can’t diet anymore. Then You said, “Just eat half.” Wow! How freeing this was to me and it worked too. Thank you Lord.
I love my deserts. What would life be if you didn’t have just a little sweet? When I asked if I just have some desert, You said again, “Just eat half.” Thank you Lord.
