New Victory

Lord, I need a new victory. Finally I’m losing weight again, but it’s through using an App on my cell phone, My Fitness Pal- https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ .

Am I taking credit from You? By using this App to count my calories, how can I say it was You? (This was hand written over a week ago.)

Child, I am still working in your behalf to bring about another miracle of deliverance. Because there’s no way you could do this in your own power. I led you to these tools.

But while using this App, do remember I AM your deliverer. I AM your strength and your power. Tools won’t work unless you have a power source. And I AM your power source.

Lord, back in 2013 when I lost that 90 pounds, it seemed so supernatural.

New Victory Ahead

Child, it was supernatural. But now it’s just as supernatural as then. For I am with you helping you turn away from this sin of gluttony, from the compulsion to overeat.

You have a new victory ahead. I am delivering and have already delivered you from food addiction. I am supernaturally removing the desire for sweets and sweet bread from your life.

How long have you had that ice cream in your freezer? Over a week. That, My Child, is a miracle. I am making you strong, stronger than the sweets.

I led you to these tools. Use them without hesitation. But remember to stay within the confines of My will for your eating.

Remember: (1) Wait until hunger. (2) Seek My guidance about what you are to eat. (3) Trust and obey how I lead you to eat. (4) Stop before full.

Child, in your own power, you cannot follow My will for you without My strength and My power to walk (or eat) in My will.

I’m teaching you to depend on Me for everything. I will lead you to your victory, the one I’ve designed just for you.

Know that I have chosen victory for everyone. They only have to turn to Me for guidance. Trust and obey My will. Then I will lead them to their own personal victory. So many settle for what is.

But if they would only turn to Me. Then I would lead them to what could be their new life and their new victory.

For we know that our own self was crucified with Him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin- Romans 6:6 NIV
