Semi-fasting – Lord, help me understand. For one thing, why am I not losing weight? Given that I’ve only been eating one main meal a day for several days now, I should be losing weight. But I’m at a standstill. In fact I haven’t lost any weight? Why? I did drink milk for breakfast and have soup for the remaining meal. Those scales are staying the same.
