Why? What About You?

   IMG_6788-0 Why would God deliver an old woman in her 60’s of 92 pounds? I have to ask why? Why do you think?

Could it be to show you that He is able to heal someone from obesity that has failed every diet she tried for 41 years?

Could it be to give you hope? Could He possibly do the same for you? Do you think it’s possible for you? How many years have you been trying to lose that extra weight that seems to hold on no matter what diet/ exercise program you try?

God is no respecter of persons. If He can deliver an old lady, He will deliver you as well.

Same Verse, Three Different Versions

Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. Acts 10:34 NKJV

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. Acts 10:34 KJV

Peter fairly exploded with his good news: “It’s God’s own truth, nothing could be plainer: God plays no favorites! It makes no difference who you are or where you’re from- if you want God and are ready to do as He says, the door is open. The Message He sent to the children of Israel that through Jesus Christ everything is being put together again- well, He’s doing it everywhere, among everyone. Acts 10:34 The Message (MSG)

You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;
You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever. Psalm 30:11-12 NKJV

IMG_6840We will be discussing this book by Lara Shoup & Robynn Coates on Monday-Friday 6 a.m. on the Periscope App.

If you want to be part of this group, load Periscope on your cell phone as an App.  Then you can make your comments live as the scope is broadcasting.

But if you oversleep, you may watch the show by replay. On Replay, you can’t make comments, but you can watch the program.

The program stays on Periscope for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it deletes.

I hope you join me for a Christian Weight Loss Support group. We can encourage each other. See you tomorrow.
