Jesus wants to make you the salt of the earth

Child, I want you to become a “salt of the earth”.

Lord, show me how. What can I do?

Child, to begin with start talking to Me more. Talk with Me more about your prayer list, more, about your “to do” list, and more than you talk to anyone else.

Talk with Me about your life, your dreams, your desires, and your struggles. By the way, I gave you those dreams. Now come to Me and I will give you strength.

I will lead you. I will guide you. Seek My will in all things, all your ways, and I will direct your steps to your personal victory. The one I created just for you.

Yes Sir. Lord, I want you and I want to do your will. Forgive me for getting so caught up in fear. But Lord, what about those who aren’t prepared?

Child, I am their supply.  After all, I fed 5,000 and took up 12 baskets of leftovers. So trust Me and eat according to My will for you.

Then praise Me for I am your endless supply and don’t be afraid. Don’t worry. Buy as I lead you. Pray in the grocery store. Pray and seek My advice. Seek My will over everything you buy.

And Child, you need to return back to the basics of how I led you to eat. Keep you heart in submission to Me. Begin by eating in obedience to My instructions for you. Let go of the unnecessary food.  

Yes Sir.

Remember, My children are the salt of the earth.

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. Matthew 5:13 NKJV

Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  Jeremiah 29:12

Seeking Day

Seeking Day

Today is “Seeking Day”.

Today is your “seeking day”. Seek My will and seek My Presence. I know you’ll be talking to others, but focus on talking to Me today, all throughout your day. 

Lord, this is such a struggle. It’s an ongoing battle, a major struggle in my life. In fact, it seems I can’t ever win.

Child, victories only come through struggles and battles. There’s never a victory without a battle. 

But Lord, it seems like there’s a war inside of me and I can’t ever win.

My Child, you can win, for you are a winner. After all, you are Mine and all of Mine win. Because I always win. Therefore you win. 

But Lord, right now I feel like a loser, defeated before all to see, especially myself. I see myself as a loser.

So My child, quit looking at what you see. Now look to Me, so you can see what I see. For you, My Child, are strong and victorious.

But Lord, I start out my day strong. Then by night fall I’m weak and defeated.

Then change My child, change your pattern of life. 

How can I? When I wake up, the house is quiet and I can hear Your voice clearly. But in the evening I am tired, the TV is blaring, news is depressing and I fall asleep in my chair.  How can I change this pattern?

Child, make today your “Seeking Day”. You’ve been listening to many voices throughout your day. On this “seeking day”, shut off all other voices and settle yourself in. Seek My voice. Seek My Presence and you will have peace. When I am on your side, you are a winner. It is so for I have declared it so.
