Help me listen more to You, Lord. Help me listen more to what You say about me versus what others say. But especially, help me listen more to You versus what I say about myself, words of self-criticism, self- condemnation, and words of “should’ve done this” or “should’ve not done that.”
Child, it’s not the answer for I AM the answer. It’s just a tool.
Lord, I don’t know what to do. I’m so tired of this struggle. You helped me lose 90 back in 2015-. And it seemed so easy then. At that time I was so full of Your Presence.
This is how I looked on May 23, 2013, weighing 240 pounds.
It’s all about an ongoing relationship. That’s what Jesus wants with you.
In our life group at church, we were discussing whether Christians should ask forgiveness every time they sin or not. Once you ask forgiveness, that sin is erased. But what about the sin you commit tomorrow, whether by accident or wrong choice?
It’s the old “once saved, always saved” argument. Do you think a person can just pray a sinner’s prayer, live a sinful life, and then expect to go to heaven because they once said a sinner prayer? What do you think?
This is my opinion- It’s all about an ongoing relationship.
In comparison we have to wash dishes and clothes most every day. We also have to wash our bodies every day or we will stink to high heaven.
As a Christian, you may be forgiven and saved, but sometimes you mess up in sin. You do this either by mistake or by choice. But just because you prayed the “Sinner’s Prayer” for salvation doesn’t mean you don’t need to ask forgiveness for your daily sin.
And we all daily mess up, backslid, or make wrong choices in life. But the whole point of it all is to maintain a relationship with Christ. Communicate, talk with Him about it all and do ask forgiveness.
He doesn’t want to condemn you.
Instead He wants to love you and help you live in victory.
So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to Him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the poser of sin that leads to death. Romans 8:1,2 NLT
My husband and I have a good relationship. But if I chose to go against his wishes, it would hurt his feelings. So I apologize when I mess up.
Confessing a sin is apologizing to God for our mess ups. He knows when we are weak and that we sometimes make stupid choices. But He’s always there just waiting for us to come to our senses, realize who He is, apologize, ask forgiveness, and renew our relationship with Him. He loves you just as you are, exactly as you are. But He intends to make your life victorious, no longer defeated by sinful choices.
If I never apologized to my husband for my errors, mistakes, or mess ups, it would hurt our relationship. But if I immediately apologize when I know I’ve mess up, then our relationship stays strong. And it’s the same for him too. He’s also apologizes to me when he realizes he messed up. After all, it’s all about our relationship, not who’s right or wrong.
This is what Christ desires from you, an ongoing relationship with Him. He doesn’t expect perfection for He knows you are human. And He understands your weaknesses.
He only longs for a strong, ongoing relationship with you. It’s not something you just do on Sunday. He wants to be involved in your daily life, every detail of your life. 
He always sees what you can be with His help. And He wants to help you succeed with a life of victory. Success is not being rich or famous. It’s a life with peace of mind and peace of heart. Success is freedom from all that keeps you in defeat.
True peace can only be found in an ongoing relationship with Christ. He already knows everything about you, even with all your failures. And He loves you just as you are. His intent is to turn your life around from one of failure to a life of victory in Jesus.
You may think you have it all together, but I know I don’t. And I have no shame in asking Jesus for help. Only God can remove the inner garbage within our souls. Only God can renew our minds and cleanse our hearts.
What a wonderful thing it is to know that in spite of my many failures He still loves me. He really loves me. He really loves you too. And he wants an ongoing, deep, honest relationship with me and you.
That’s all He asks, to be our closest best friend forever. And He wants you to talk to Him about every detail of your life. Your friends may tire of hearing every detail of your day. But God never gets tired or bored with the details of your life, He’s very interested in you and your life. He hangs on every word you speak to Him. Talk to Him today. After all, its all about an ongoing relationship He wants with you.

Lord, I’ve become entangled in food addiction again. I’ve been in this trap of defeat for several years now. Really all my life I have struggled with my weight and food addiction.
What’s humiliating is that after You healed me with a weight loss miracle of losing 90 pounds in 2014, I backslid. Yes, in 2017, I backslid and regained 30 0f those pounds.
Although I’ve maintained a weight loss of 60 pounds, I’m ashamed of regaining those 30 pounds. And now I’ve lost & regained the same 10 pounds over & over since 2020.
Lord, I wanted to help others defeat their food addiction, compulsive overeating, binge eating, gluttony, and bloating misery. But how can I help others when I, myself, am entangled in food addiction again?
Yes, here I am now due to my own wrong choices of yesterday. Lord, would You help me again to climb out of this hellhole of my own creation?
I have no strength to resist temptation, but I do want to help others climb out of their hellholes of food addiction. So how can I help them?
Child, I’m full of Almighty power- stronger than any other source. I am ALL power, stronger than your electricity and more powerful than lightening.
Don’t you think I have the power to defeat your food compulsions?
Yes Lord.
Then My Child, why don’t you come to Me first, before you put anything in your mouth- including your gum. As you chew your gum, practice thanking Me for your victories. When you chew your food, talk to Me.
As a matter of fact, even before you look at your food, talk to Me first about it. Talk to Me about all your concerns.
Talking to Me will bring you peace, henceforth destroying your need to stress eat. For then you’ll be stress praying instead of stress overeating.
Talking with Me will calm your spirit and mind, henceforth destroying the need for emotional eating. For then you’ll be emotional praying. And I will heal your emotions and fill you Myself with a calm and peaceful spirit. Wouldn’t that be better for you instead of a stuffed, bloated belly?
Talking with Me would bring you the pleasure of My sweet Presence, henceforth destroying the power of pleasure food temptations. And then you’d be experiencing the greatest sweet pleasure of life, My Presence surrounding you and within you.
When you’re full of My Presence, then you’re also full of My power and strength. Overall, you’d be full of My peace and My love.
Temptations would no longer defeat you for then you’d be walking in My power and My strength.
Now what do you choose, My Child?
Lord, I choose You. I want You. I want to be free, not entangled in food addiction. But Lord, I’m so weak. Would You help me, even though I backslid due to my own bad choices?
Child, the more of your time you spend in My Presence, the stronger you’ll become. You’ll be walking in My power.
Now come to Me for I love you. And I long to give you victory throughout all your life. As a matter of fact I long to grant all of My children victory over sin, shame and defeat.
I intend for all of My children to live victorious forevermore. For I AM victory. So all of Mine will be victorious too, as they seek to follow Me.
Lord, I’ve let myself become entangled again in food addiction by my own wrong choices. Please set me free from this prison, the one I created for myself. Help me make wise choices that will honor you.

Child, slow down your eating. Take time to enjoy each bite versus swallowing it as fast as you can in order to reach for the next bite.
To begin with, eating is not a marathon race to finish first. For you, winning is not cleaning your plate first. Instead, winning for you is eating only what is sufficient for your body, savoring each bite. Yes, I want you to enjoy your food, but not inhale it.
So slow down, take your time. You’ve heard the saying, “Take time to smell the coffee.” Now I say to you, “Take time to taste your food.” And chew it slowly too. Chewing slowly increases the flavor.
When you chew and swallow your food as fast as you can, you can’t enjoy the taste as much as you would have if you chewed it slowly. So try slowing down to enjoy your meals.
And see for yourself if this doesn’t increase the pleasure of your meal. Trust Me.
Yes Sir. I’ll try today.
Also try eating less at your meals in order to increase your hunger for the next meal.
Your Hubby will be eating every every 2-3 hours on his food plan. But you, My child, I want you to hunger for Me. You are to be semi-fasting. Do you remember what you said to Me yesterday?
Yes Sir.
You said you wanted to live a semi-fasted lifestyle to increase your spiritual focus.
Yes Sir, I did say that.
Well child . . . eating all of it is not semi-fasting. In reality, it is eating all of it.
Yes sir.
So try again today. Start over again today. And focus on enjoying the pleasure of My Presence versus the pleasure of food.
Also before you eat, seek My advice about what and how much to eat. Use your “before the meal blessing” as a time to seek My will about your food.
Thank you Lord for talking with me about my food issues again today. You’ve never given up on me even though I’ve messed up so many times.
Child, I never give up on any of My children. Therefore, I will never give up on you.
Lord, help me to please you in all my ways. Help me to not be filled with anxiousness and self-pity parties too. Overall Lord, I need Your help just to deal with all this stress in my life.
So be at peace, My child. I will help you. Allow Me to fill you with My Presence. This will strengthen you as you goes forth. And slow down your eating too. I have already planned for your victory. Never give up on yourself. Know this, I will never give up on You. Never give up.

ABBA DADDY & BABY BRAT
I’m one of Abba Daddy’s children, but I’m one of His spoiled baby brats. All throughout my life, I’ve kept my blanket and my pacifier for self- comfort. But I long to join the big boys and girls (spiritually strong) outside the nursery of life.

Some days I’d stand at the window of the world and watch them. I do want to be like them, strong and confident. But as long as I hold on to my blanket of self-comfort and my pacifier of self-pleasure, I’ll never be able to leave my nursery. I’ll always be one of Abba Daddy’s baby brats. Will I ever grow up spiritually?
Day after day I watched and listened as they shared their experiences while in Abba Daddy’s Presence. I longed to join them. Then one day I noticed something I hadn’t seen before.
While I was laying with the blanket over my head, my hand rubbed the satin border. And as I sucked on my pacifier, I watched out the window of life. That’s when I saw.

Suddenly I stood up, pressed my nose up against the window and dropped my blanket as I placed my hands against the window. Then my pacifier fell as I opened my mouth in surprised wonder.
My Abba Daddy’s out there with them. They get to be with Abba Daddy. I sat down, leaned against the window, and cried. Why can’t I be out there with Abba Daddy? I picked up my pacifier of self-pleasure and looked at it. Why would anyone want this nasty thing?
Then I looked at my blanket of self-comfort. When it was new, it was pretty with bright colors and it used to make me feel good. But now it’s old and faded with the stains all over it. I no longer enjoy self-comfort. I’m filled with disgust. These things keep me from being with Abba Daddy.
Tears ran down my face and my lips quivered. He turned and saw me watching Him through the window. As He walked toward the door to my soul, I got excited with anticipation. So I opened the door and waited for Abba Daddy.
Finally in walked my Abba Daddy. He picked me up and swung me around as I laughed. Then He kissed me, “How’s my little baby doing today? ”
As I hugged Him, my blanket and pacifier fell to the floor. Then I used my sweetest voice, the one I use when I want my way, “Abba Daddy, I want to be outside with You and the big children. I want to run, play, and be with You all the time.”
“Baby, I want you with Me too. But you’ll have to leave this blanket of self-comfort and this pacifier of self-pleasure in the nursery. Are you ready to let them go?”
Then I remembered how soft and comforting the blanket was and how much fun it was to suck on the pacifier. “But Daddy, I’m scared to let them go.
My blanket gives me comfort and security. And my pacifier has always given me pleasure, even if it’s dirty. So what will I have for pleasure if I let go?
I really want to be outside with you and the other children. I’m sick of this boring nursery. I want to be spiritually strong. And I long to be free, but what will I do?”
Daddy smiled at me with love in His eyes instead of disapproval, “Baby, you have Me. I want to show you a life so full of excitement and joy that you can’t even begin to comprehend. Hold on to Me when you’re afraid, I’m strong when you’re weak. So, are you willing to let go of these things? Do you trust Me?”
He’s so strong. And it felt so good to be in His arms now. “Abba Daddy, I chose you. Take me by the hand. I’m ready to grow up in Your presence now.” Then He reached for my hand. I could tell He was so proud of me. He loves me so much. And I love Him too.

As I stepped through the open door of His will and my destiny, I knew in my heart that no matter what happened, my Abba Daddy would always be there with me to lead me each step of the way. I was now free. Abba Daddy will always be my source of comfort and pleasure. Before now, I just never knew I had to let go in order to receive ….“

Again Lord, I ask for a a strong word, a “power” word from You. I know you’ve spoke to my heart many times before. But now, I’ve given up and surrendered to my weakness.
Therefore, could I have a new fresh word from You? Could it be one I could hold on to and would cause my faith to be fully convinced so I can believe?

Last night I made the decision to eat all of it. But Lord, I know I would have lost weight if only I had listened to You. So why didn’t I listen to You?
Yes Child, obedience always has its rewards. Every action has a reaction. Likewise, every decision has a consequence. As a matter of fact, surrendering your food desires to Me will bring you the result you want- weight loss.
When you decide to let go of the food in your hand before putting it into your mouth, at that exact moment victory comes. At that exact moment, you choose victory or shame. So which will it be? It is all your decision.
“I have decided to follow Jesus”
Lord, I have decided I want You and the victory You have for Me. But what if I mess it up before the end of the day?
Child, no fear. Why are you afraid? Why do you doubt? Don’t you yet realize that I AM the one true, all powerful, all knowing God? And I am on your side. With My power you can win because I already have your victory planned.
So now it is up to you. You already have all you need to win. You are a winner. For you only have to decide. So choose your victory.
Yes Sir. Thank you Sir. I choose You and the victory You have for me. Today is a day of victory.

Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus, Look Full In His Wonderful Face
Child, do you remember those people in your life who caused you so much stress and discomfort?
Yes Lord.
Remember how I told you to thank Me for them. And you did, even though it was hard for you to find things to be thankful for. That’s when I turned things around.
So now, when your eyes see things that are not right, evil things within your world, look for something to thank Me for. It may be hard, but there’s always something to thank Me for.
If nothing else, thank Me that this evil is now being revealed in the light. Knowledge and truth about it is now coming forth. So thank Me for that. 
As you thank Me, I’ll turn things around just as I turned around your relationship with those who caused you stress. For now they cause you joy and laughter in friendship.
So, now watch and see what I will do.

Okay Lord, thank you we’re learning the truth about how an unborn baby feels pain as it’s being aborted. How horrible. When people know the truth, they’ll stop this evil.
Thank you Lord some of these babies were seen before being disposed of. We could see all their fingers and toes. They were not a mass. No, but they were baby martyrs. And now we can see their wholly formed bodies.
Thank you Lord, the truth came out about how their little body parts were being sold and harvested for money and pleasure. Now that people see the truth, changes will be made to stop this evil and those guilty of murder will be punished.
But Lord, what about sex trafficing?
Thank you Lord knowledge of this hidden horror is coming forth and truth is being revealed. And thank you the guilty are being caught and punished. Thank you now I know to pray for these lost children. Forgive me for my failure to pray for them more.
Thank you for the children who escaped to tell their stories so now the truth of this horror is being revealed. Thank you our President Trump is setting forth laws and enforcement task forces to find these children and set them free.
BUT Lord, what about evil politicians, BLM, Antifa, CV-19, and wrongful deaths due toCV-19 patients being sent to nursing homes? what about Portland and Seattle?
Thank you Lord, the truth of all these events are coming forth. Nothing is hidden from You. Thank you Lord for reports of those who come forth to tell their stories as a result of these events. And thank you for the truth about each one being revealed. Finally, people are seeing the truth and the truth will set us all free.
BUT Lord, what about ONE WORLD ORDER, Soros, Rockfeller, Clintons, and hidden organizations?
Thank you Lord the truth and intent of these evil ones who want control is coming forth. What has been hidden is now being revealed. Thank you Lord for the truth and the truth will set all people free from their control.
You are King over all. You are in control.
Child, turn your eyes upon Jesus. Look full in His wonderful face. And the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace.
